4mK’s mission is to serve as a business development institution, incorporating hard work and proven techniques to maximize business opportunities for our organization, as well as our partners. Our diverse, multi-faceted organization will provide business consulting, graphics design, print design, branding, and corporate identity development. In all things, we will seek to succeed, ethically, and professionally.
In 2007, with over 15 years in Corporate training, and a shift in his current organization Richard Spencer was at a crossroad. Either search for another job or create his own. It was then that 4mK Group, LLC was founded. Initially, the company was comprised of 4 entities:
4mK Entertainment – Focused on music production, song writing, and artists management.
4mK Consulting – Focused on assisting small business owners start and grow their businesses.
4mK Design – Focused on web design, graphics design, logo design, and more.
4mK Development – Focused on training, professional, and personal development.
Realizing that the company’s focus needed to be narrowed down, in 2011 4mK Entertainment was eliminated. As a former Manager, Executive Director, and Director or Learning & Development, Spencer led 4mK Development to new levels, creating successful training programs for various top companies.
From 2013 to 2016, 4mK Design was responsible for the majority of company growth. Due to economic conditions, company’s training and development budgets were lessened and some eliminated, which drastically hurt 4mK Development. While many individuals lost jobs due to the economy, some used this as an opportunity to start businesses. 4mK Consulting grew and helped many entrepreneurs dream of business ownership come true.
Unfortunately, with the shift in economic conditions and recession, the company started to struggle and at the close of 2016, 4mK Group, LLC became a sideline business.
After a few years of being reintroduced to corporate America, in August 2019, 4mK Group, LLC was relaunched with a renewed dedication and focus to help small businesses, entrepreneurs, and business professionals create success and reach levels of Greatness!
